What You’ll Do

As a Florist / Floral Designer, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the studio and the creative design process.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing standard and custom floral arrangements
• Preparing, conditioning, and properly storing fresh flowers
• Ensuring flowers are watered and maintained to prevent wilting
• Assisting customers in-store and processing payments
• Consulting with clients to understand their design preferences
• Advising customers on care and maintenance of arrangements
• Maintaining floral design supplies such as ribbons, wires, foam, and tape
• Ordering fresh flowers from wholesalers and growers when needed
• Keeping accurate records of floral orders, special requests, and delivery details
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth studio workflow
