4. Pick Up & Celebrate
Your flowers will be ready on their pickup day at Piney Rose - beautifully arranged, perfectly packaged and easy to transport. Enjoy the stunning artisan blooms for the most perfect celebration!
Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance of your wedding date. Weddings-on-the-Go orders are available for pickup Monday through Saturday, and most dates are available unless noted at checkout. For Sunday or holiday weddings, simply schedule your pickup for the day before, as we’re closed on those days. Is your wedding with in a week? We recommend picking up the day of your wedding for the freshest blooms. However, if needed, you can pick up your order the day before—just be sure to keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area, refresh the water daily, and avoid storing them in a regular fridge (only use floral-safe refrigerators at 40°F). Need to adjust your pickup time? Call us anytime—we’re happy to help.
To keep the process simple and budget-friendly, we don’t offer customizations. Instead, you’ll choose from our curated color palettes, and we’ll use the best in-season blooms to match the style. While your bouquet may not look exactly like the photo, it will stay true to the color and vibe shown. Each design is thoughtfully created with the freshest seasonal flowers.
Yes—you can add items up until the 2-week deadline, and we’ll combine everything into your original order. For changes to existing items, email shop@pineyrose.com; we may be able to help if it’s before the 3-week mark. Need to cancel? Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before your wedding date.
There’s no minimum order, so you can grab just a bridal bouquet or go all-in with a full suite. We don’t offer rentals with this service—it’s pickup-only. You can mix and match across collections, and we also offer by-the-stem bulk flowers for DIY accents. Our menu is curated to keep things easy—if something’s not listed or sold out, it’s not currently available, but feel free to call us just to varify!
Yes! For a more understated look, try our petite bouquet—a favorite among minimalist brides. For arbors or arches, we recommend our floral sprays or greenery garlands—secure them with zip ties and layer for extra coverage. Need a little something extra? Our bulk flower option is perfect for bud vases, flat-lays, or adding special touches to your cake or tables.
