- Flower Care & Pickup Tips -
Pickup Timing
We always recommend picking up your flowers the day of your wedding for the freshest blooms.
If needed, you can pick up your order the day before—just be sure to:
-
1. Keep flowers in a cool, shaded area (away from direct sunlight or heat).
-
2. Refresh the water daily for arrangements and bouquets.
-
3. Avoid using a regular fridge—only use floral-safe coolers kept around 40°F (household fridges are too cold and can damage blooms).

Transportation
Transporting wedding flowers safely is key to keeping them beautiful!
We recommend giving us a call before pickup so we can help you choose the best vehicle size for your order. The amount of space you’ll need depends on the number and size of arrangements.
A few quick guidelines:
-
-Small weddings: SUVs or crossovers with a flat cargo area work perfectly.
-
-Medium to large weddings: Vans or vehicles with foldable seats are best.
-
-Avoid open beds or hot trunks—keep flowers shaded and air-conditioned if possible.
We’ll walk you through exactly what you’ll need based on your floral order to ensure everything arrives safely and securely.
